Jelly Roll Mobile Gym Trailer
A custom mobile gym trailer built for the road.
Overview
The project
We were tasked with creating a fully equipped, luxury mobile wellness center for Jelly Roll’s summer tour, and we had just four weeks to bring it to life.
Starting with a 53' semi-trailer with a nearly 30' slide-out, we transformed the space into a one-of-a-kind wellness experience built for life on the road. The custom build features a complete strength and cardio training area, a dedicated contrast therapy room with a sauna and cold plunge, a recovery lounge equipped with premium recovery tools, and a custom smoothie and nutrition bar.
Beyond the fitness and wellness amenities, we integrated a full suite of technology, including premium audio, Starlink-powered Wi-Fi, and customizable LED lighting, all controlled through a centralized iPad system. The entire trailer is powered by a custom 20kW generator, providing the power needed to operate the complete fitness, recovery, and technology systems wherever the tour takes it.
From concept to completion in just over four weeks, this project pushed the limits of what’s possible in mobile fitness and wellness, delivering a fully customized training and recovery experience that travels wherever the tour goes.
